Excellent service, phenomenal product. We asked for a custom, cattle panel dual latch fence without drawings and wow did they deliver. Day of install, they were incredibly gracious about a few last-minute changes that we hadn’t thought through fully. They even let me specify which boards to use for the top and bottom plate! I must have been chaos for them but WOW are we happy with this fence! A few weeks after, we noticed a speciality screw had fallen or never got put in on one hinge. Less than a day, Yoman (the Lead) was back here with a fix AND he took the time to verify the swings on both latches. I can’t speak directly to the finished product of OnPoint Fencing, but I can absolutely speak to the professionalism of their team, especially management. Having spent a good amount of time in the contracting industry myself, I know how to separate the solid operators from the ones cutting corners, and these guys clearly fall into the first category. I had a conversation with Serge about industry standards and inspections, topics that often expose weaknesses in many companies. He didn't owe me any answers. I was just a random person asking about his company, not even interested in getting a fence. Instead of dodging anything, he leaned in. Every question was met with clear, confident answers that showed a real commitment to quality, proper practices, and doing things the right way. That kind of transparency and pride in the work says a lot.
